General Terms of Use Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fmbd ("fmbd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://fmbd.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fmbd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

fmbd operates as an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting platform. The platform is designed and marketed to serve English-speaking players in Bangladesh and other eligible regions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the fmbd platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through fmbd, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, online slot games, crash games, virtual games, and all promotional offers and bonuses. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific product rules or promotional terms published on fmbd, the specific product or promotional terms shall take precedence with respect to that product or promotion only.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not access or use the fmbd platform. Where specific service terms, bonus terms, or game rules are published separately on fmbd, those documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Eligibility & Registration 18+ Only

To register and maintain an account on fmbd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. fmbd operates a strict minimum age policy. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts suspended immediately, all funds forfeited, and any winnings voided. 18+ only — no exceptions.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You are permitted to hold only one registered account on fmbd. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on fmbd or any other gaming platform where cross-platform exclusion applies.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of fmbd or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or service partners.

Registration Process

To open an fmbd account, you must complete the registration form on the platform, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.

fmbd implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit valid identity documents — typically a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport — along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in your withdrawal being held until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

fmbd reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal. fmbd also reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in order to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method.

Account Obligations Your Responsibilities

As a registered player on fmbd, you accept the following obligations with respect to your account:

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fmbd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. fmbd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact fmbd support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Accurate Information

You must ensure that all personal information held on your fmbd account is kept accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your name (following a legal name change), address, email address, or phone number — you must update your account information promptly. fmbd is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate account information, including failed or delayed withdrawals to incorrectly registered payment details.

Prohibited Account Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fmbd and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening or operating more than one fmbd account (whether personally or through a third party).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or exploit the platform in any manner.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus offers, or any other activity that fmbd reasonably determines to be fraudulent or dishonest.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in any game or feature on the platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your fmbd account on your behalf.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial purpose.

Deposits & Withdrawals Payments Policy

fmbd supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on fmbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly and credited to your fmbd balance without delay during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank may take up to one Bangladesh business day to be credited, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. fmbd charges no fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount on fmbd is ৳200. fmbd reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. Updated limits will be displayed on the deposit page within your fmbd account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever technically possible. fmbd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within a few minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three BST business days.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your KYC verification must be completed in full, including submission of a valid NID or passport and proof of your registered payment method. fmbd will not process withdrawals to payment methods that are not registered and verified on your account.

Currency and Exchange

All fmbd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where international payment methods such as Visa or Mastercard are used, any currency conversion from a foreign currency to BDT will be performed at the exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time of the transaction. fmbd does not control or guarantee any particular exchange rate and is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

Bonuses & Promotions Bonus Policy

fmbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific bonus terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall apply to that offer.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit on fmbd are eligible for the fmbd welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. To qualify, your first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold stated in the current welcome bonus terms at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to new players only — one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds awarded by fmbd are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Eligible games: Not all games on fmbd contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, crash games, and certain high-RTP slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The eligible games and contribution rates for each bonus are listed in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses on fmbd carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Any bonus balance that remains unconverted at expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
• Abuse and fraud: fmbd employs advanced monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk arbitrage betting strategies used to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, fmbd reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend the account.

fmbd runs seasonal promotional campaigns aligned with the Bangladesh betting calendar — including BPL season reload bonuses, IPL odds boosts, Eid special offers, Pohela Boishakh free spins, and Ramadan reload promotions. All seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the fmbd promotions page at the time of launch.

Betting & Gaming Rules Fair Play

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on fmbd is subject to the rules set out in this section, as well as any specific rules published for individual sports, markets, or game types within the fmbd platform.

Sports Betting

fmbd offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. All bets are accepted subject to the following conditions:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and assigned a bet reference number by the fmbd system. A bet that is not confirmed is not valid and will not be settled.
• fmbd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on incorrect odds caused by manifest errors in pricing.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the live feed being active and accurate. In the event of a live feed delay or error, fmbd reserves the right to void affected in-play bets.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered from its original format (e.g., a T20 match reduced to a different number of overs), fmbd's standard settlement rules for the relevant sport will apply, as detailed in the sport-specific rules section of the platform.

Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on fmbd are provided by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, independently audited to ensure fair play. The specific rules, RTP percentages, and paytables for each game are governed by the individual game provider and are accessible within the game interface.

Responsible Gaming in Betting

fmbd strongly encourages all players to bet within their means. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. Account Suspension & Closure Account Policy

fmbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Operating multiple fmbd accounts simultaneously.
• Engagement in bonus abuse, match-fixing, or use of prohibited software tools.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being accessed by a person under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.

Player-Initiated Account Closure

If you wish to close your fmbd account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting fmbd support at [email protected] with a written closure request. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to normal settlement rules, and any remaining verified balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by fmbd — you will immediately lose access to the fmbd platform and all associated services. If the closure is the result of a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance, bonus winnings, or real-money winnings generated through prohibited activity may be forfeited at fmbd's absolute discretion.

Limitation of Liability Legal Notice

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fmbd and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and game provider partners shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the fmbd platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind.
• Any loss or damage arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the fmbd platform or any part of it, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, regulatory action, or any other reason.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information, odds, or content published on the fmbd platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

fmbd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fmbd account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fmbd holds its international operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through fmbd's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in fmbd's licensing terms.
